Day 1 — Meet OpenClaw
Understand why a 24/7 AI agent is not the same as ChatGPT in a tab: proactive heartbeat, tools, skills, memory, and private deployment.
Day 2 — 10 minutes to go live
Choose local, VPS, or One Claw (~30 seconds). Connect Telegram or Discord and send your first real task.
Day 3 — Give your assistant a soul
Define personality and guardrails with SOUL.md, USER.md, and AGENTS.md so every session sounds like your assistant.
Day 4 — Connect your digital life
Wire Gmail, Google Calendar, search, and browser skills so the agent moves from talk to action.
Day 5 — Unlock the skills tree
Install community skill packs, chain multi-step workflows, and sketch your first custom skill.
Day 6 — Make it proactive
Heartbeat, cron, and MEMORY.md hygiene — morning briefs and alerts while you sleep.
Day 7 — Advanced & secure
Review the week, harden security, plan custom skills and team rollout on hosted OpenClaw.
